Thanks so much for stopping by! My name is Stephanie Stremler. I am a wedding, portrait, real estate and pet photographer based out of Lynden, WA. My goal is to bring you refreshingly bold images that you will cherish for a lifetime. I hope this blog gives you a brief insight into my current photoshoots and a glimpse into my everyday life so that you can get to know me a little better! Heading to the Midwest!

Happy Sunday!  I just wanted to let you know that I will be out of town for a few days!  I’m heading to the Midwest with my sister-in-law until Wednesday.  We’re leaving the boys at home and going for a quick girls trip.  I will be out of the office until late Wednesday so you can expect any emails or messages to be returned towards the end of the week.   Have a great few days and you can bet there will some pictures from the trip up here when I get back!  Until then you can enjoy these classic beauties from a local car show in September.

My sister and brother-in-law’s car—a rat rod.  I love the current finish on the car (stripped from all paint) and I truly hope they leave it this way.

It seems like I was just taking pictures of little Colby as a newborn!  I can’t believe he is one year old now!!  He has grown a ton and is the most precious little guy—such a little, smiley, cheerful fellow!  Thank you so much Jessica, Lance and little Colby for a wonderful afternoon at the park!  We couldn’t have had better weather or more beautiful fall colors!  Colby’s outfits were absolutely precious—I just love accessories and laying—they give images just an extra bit of character!  I also loved how they brought Colby’s new John Deere wagon to personalize the session a bit!

This Saturday I had such a fun time getting to know Kim, Nathan, Levi and Amber!  Kim is a fabulous florist—she creates beautiful masterpieces for weddings and special events!  You can check out her work at www.thebackyardgardener.net.  I was so excited when she contacted me about a session for her little baby girl Amber and her family! The session went fabulously!  I had a great time playing with Amber and Levi—these kids are absolutely, perfectly adorable!

Thank you so much Kim and Nathan for being so welcoming and sweet!  A special thanks to Levi for sharing many great stories with me and showing me where the chickens were and to sweet little Amber for finally sharing a few smiles!  I hope to come play again soon!

Amber is absolutely precious—look how adorable she is!

Here is Levi and his amazingly patient and cute kitty Leif (named after the explorer mind you, not the leaves that fall from trees we are pretty sure!).  These two are the perfect pair!

I learned a very valuable lesson during the session.  Never ask a child his age who may use his fingers to tell you the answer while he is on a swing.  Super cute picture—very unfortunate tumble from the swing shortly after.  No children were injured in the creation of this photo but I do feel really bad for the startle Levi had when he landed on the ground.  Levi—next time I’ll ask you when your feet are planted firmly on the ground because I know that number will be changing very shortly!

Levi is super-cute, charmingly friendly and all around fantastic.  Check out his handsome little boy below!

I LOVE this image—my favorite from the day I think!  Beautiful family, gorgeous home and perfect fall color!  I vote for this image on your house warming invites!

This weekend I had a wonderful time playing with little Logan and his parents at Berthusen Park.  Logan is absolutely adorable—his blue eyes are so sparkly and bright!  I loved his little outfits and boots!  Thanks so much to Scott, Jana and Logan for such a fun morning at the park!  All of your session images should be up within a week!

Honcoop Family – Family Session | Lynden Family Session

The Honcoops are such a fun group of people!  We had a such a good time hitting up a few spots in Lynden last weekend while dodging rain drops all along the way.  Debbie and Lonnie adore their children and grandchildren, the babies are absolutely melt-your-heart precious and each family is perfectly adorable!  Thanks so much to the Honcoop family for braving the yucky fall weather to capture some great family memories—I’m looking forward to our next session in the warm summer sun which will include the newest (and soon to be born in May) addition to the family!  All of the session images can be found here or click on the Online Ordering links above.

Brian & Sarah – Engagement Session | Bellingham Wedding Photographer

What a fabulous time I had getting to know Brian and Sarah up at the Mt.
